New client appointments are usually
scheduled two-three weeks out, with one slot available a week
for an emergency consultation with a new client. Current
clients will be fit into the office schedule within 3-7 working
days.
The legal assistants can check the
file and answer questions about case status, schedule follow up
appointments, or arrange a telephone conference with the
lawyer.
If a telephone conference is needed
(I.e., for confidentiality and subpoena problems of therapists,
ongoing case questions from current clients), then schedule a
telephone appointment with the attorney.
Appointment Time usually are:
(Monday to Thursday) 11:00 a.m., 2:00
p.m., 4 p.m.
Telephone Conference Times usually are:
(Monday to Thursday) 10:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m.
We usually don't
accept appointment on Friday. Friday is the day
for the staff members finish their work and emergency
appointment.
