     In addition to the retiree consultations and estate planning (wills, trusts, etc.) that we do, we do certain elected court work: guardian and conservatorship, probate administration, lawsuits against fiduciaries, law suits involving denials of health plan coverage, and lawsuits about poor care in facilities. The elder law office deals constantly with the impact of a health crisis on the ill person and on his or her loved ones - we plan for the health crisis, and then we implement the plan when the crisis occurs. Where no plan has been made, we help the grieving relatives or friends deal with the situation.
